Retail Pricing
Our turf (sod) is sold by the square foot. We do not have one set price for our turf. Generally speaking, the more quantity of turf you buy from us, the lower your purchase price will be. Prices quoted below are for sod picked up at our turf farm southwest of Cedar Falls, Iowa. Map

A half-ton pickup truck will haul about 600 sq. ft. The cost for sod delivered is $60.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $60.00. There is a $15.00 per pallet deposit fee that is refunded when the pallets are returned to the farm.
Building contractors and landscapers are welcome to call our office to qualify for reduced cost on sod and Versa-Lok retaining wall and paver products.
